About us

Chanting

Sound moves energy in powerful ways, whether it's a still, small voice, or an avalanche. When we chant, we move energy, but the energy also moves us. We inhale; we exhale, the sound vibrates in our bodies. In our ears, sound turns to energy, feeding our brain, causing it to relax. We let down our guard, defenses fall away, and we can hear our heart beating. Each breath brings us closer to our voice. When we set out to cultivate it, transformation is closer than we think. inside chants
This song is about 5 minutes long. Focus on the words "Open My Heart." This will help you release thoughts of the day, allowing you to center on your inner being, and to find your authentic voice. As thoughts come, greet them gently and let them pass as the sky watches the drifting clouds.
